By accessing or using Arkiite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Arkiite is a performance-based commission sales marketplace that connects founders with commission-only sales closers. Arkiite facilitates connections and payment processing but is not a party to any sales agreement between founders and closers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Arkiite.
Arkiite charges a 10% platform fee on every commission payout. This fee is automatically deducted from the closer's commission when a deal is confirmed. Founders are responsible for paying invoices within 7 days of deal confirmation. Failure to pay results in account suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.
Founders are responsible for accurately confirming or disputing deal submissions. Confirmed deals trigger payment obligations. Disputes are reviewed by Arkiite and resolved at Arkiite's sole discretion. Fraudulent dispute claims may result in account termination.
Founders must sign the Platform Services Agreement before posting offers. The PSA establishes that commission obligations to closers survive even if deals are completed outside the platform. Attempting to circumvent platform fees by moving deals off-platform is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
Users may not: submit fraudulent deal reports, harass other users, attempt to circumvent platform fees, create multiple accounts after being banned, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination.
Arkiite reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms. Banned users may not create new accounts. Stripe identity verification ties accounts to real identities, and ban evasion is a violation of these terms.
Arkiite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Arkiite's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Arkiite in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Arkiite may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
