We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and profile information. We also collect deal activity data including prospect logs, deal submissions, and transaction records. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on Arkiite servers.
We use your information to operate the platform, process payments, resolve disputes, and communicate with you about your account activity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not display advertising on Arkiite.
All deal submissions, customer details submitted by closers, and founder confirmations are recorded and retained for dispute resolution purposes. Both parties consent to this recording by using the platform. These records may be used as evidence in disputes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores payment information including bank account details and identity verification documents. Arkiite receives confirmation of payments but does not store raw financial data. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
We share your information only as necessary to operate the platform. Founders can see the name, contact information, and deal details submitted by their closers. Closers can see the company information of founders they work with. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Deal records are retained indefinitely for legal and dispute resolution purposes. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal profile data but retain transaction records as required by law.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication through Supabase, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We use cookies solely for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@arkiite.com. Note that some data may be retained for legal purposes even after a deletion request.
